The socio-economic landscape in our country is in need of sustainable transformation. Absa Capital is particularly aware of the dearth of skills in the financial sector. Our Corporate Social Investment (CSI) efforts have to be responsive and bold in tackling these issues. We do not regard CSI as a compliance issue.
