Working closely in an integrated manner with the Corporate Finance, M&A and Global Finance teams, the Balance Sheet Structure and Ratings Advisory unit provides clients with strategic in-depth capital structure analysis and solutions, credit ratings advisory (both for initial and existing ratings), as well as mergers and acquisitions, event and/or finance-driven balance sheet and ratings impact advisory services.
