The Equity Capital Markets team focuses primarily on the structuring and raising of equity capital in the public markets for our clients across sub-Saharan Africa. Our capabilities cover the full range of product offerings, from IPOs to fully marketed and accelerated primary and secondary share issues, rights issues and the issue of equity-linked securities (convertible and exchangeable bonds), as well as listings, delistings and share buy-backs.

In addition, the team provides a value-added JSE Sponsor service, which focuses not only on ensuring that corporates meet their ongoing obligations with the JSE, but also on providing daily insights into secondary market trading flows as well as an investor relations advisory and corporate access service, designed to optimise interaction with the institutional investor base, both locally and globally.
